Air Quality Management
Our intelligent building concept is
Good levels of indoor & outdoor air quality (IAQ) can improve the health, comfort, and well-being of building & city occupants and reduce risks of developing respiratory symptoms.
In the holistic building performance evaluation, indoor air quality is often considered as a critical factor among others, including thermal, lighting and acoustic quality. When trying to obtain the most comfortable working and living conditions, considering IAQ is key in the process.
Our offering consists in small-sensor air quality monitoring system for measuring outdoor and indoor air quality, offering real-time localised air quality information and data analysis. The solutions measure key pollutants in ambient air using the best small sensor technology combined with proprietary data processing derived from extensive global comparisons with reference data.
An exceptional high quality based on many years’ experience of developing environmental monitoring equipment for harsh environments and challenging international standards.
What we measure:
– Gases NO, NO2, O3, CO, SO2 and H2S using the latest generation of electrochemical sensors
– CO2 monitoring with a NDIR sensor
– Measures particulates PM1, PM2.5, PM10, TPC and TSP (up to 30 microns) with a light-scattering optical particle counter
– Noise monitoring with an omnidirectional microphone
– Meteorological sensor for wind speed and direction measurement
– Measures relative humidity, pod temperature, atmospheric pressure as standard
Air quality management & architecture in 3 simple steps:
The underlying data processing workflow involves three major steps: (1) indoor & outdoor environmental quality data acquisition,
(2) user satisfaction benchmarking and end-use survey,
(3) indoor & outdoor environment management guidelines output.
To assess the occupant satisfaction level, we integrate multiple evaluation metrics, including
1) building regulations and recommended levels for the healthy indoor environment and certifications
2) outdoor environmental conditions
3) building facility systems,
4) occupants’ basic information under the circumstance,
5) occupant real-time survey on satisfaction.
Based on the technology installed, Facility Managers assess, regulate and maintain high standards of indoor air quality by integrating with the BMS.
Thanks to an interactive Building Twin visualisation, a 3D replica of your building, we provide a 360° view, at a floor and room level, and full remote control over the HVAC system with real-time operating, maintenance and engineering actioning.
Our Indoor Air Quality sensors continuously analyse the enclosed environment and feed the information to the smart dashboard. Harbouring data analytics such as CO2/VOC, noise decibels, indoor light, temperature and humidity levels, we focus on your occupiers’ wellbeing and productivity, for an enhanced workplace experience
